Around the Diocese.

Over the next few months I will visit as many churches as possible in East Anglia where the Old Rite Mass is offered.

I begin with the Chapel of St. John Fisher at Fisher House in Cambridge, the Catholic Chaplaincy of the University. The Old Rite Mass is said here every Saturday (vigil mass) at 5.30 pm in Full Term. It is hoped that the Chapel will be refurbished later on this year to make it an even more fitting venue to celebrate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

The above image shows the Chaplain, Fr. Alban McCoy OFM Conv, accompanied by two servers during the Prayers at the Foot of the Altar for the Mass of the Third Sunday after the Epiphany. I am very grateful to Fr Alban for allowing me to take this photograph this evening.
