Apart from being an extremely sublime celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, note that it was celebrated at St. Peter's Basilica, Rome, right at the very centre of Holy Mother Church. Cardinal Brandmuller was in the Chair at the altar in the presence of three other Cardinals; William Joseph Levada, president of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei, Franc Rodé and Domenico Bartolucci, who directed the final chants - and some bishops and prelates of the Roman Curia.
